Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return label. Please do not ship items back without authorization or without using the provided return label, as we will not reimburse any self-paid return shipping costs.

Return Shipping Costs
As part of our 30‑day free return and exchange policy, Joywing Studio covers the return shipping cost for all approved returns and exchanges. Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label, and no return shipping fees will be charged to you when using the provided label.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Joywing Studio will fully cover all return shipping fees as part of our quality guarantee.
Please note: All returns must be authorized by our support team before being shipped back. Unauthorized or self‑paid returns that are not processed using our prepaid return label are not eligible for return‑shipping reimbursement.
Damages and Issues
