Orders & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time depends on your location:

  • United States: 3–5 business days after shipment
  • Canada: 5–10 business days after shipment

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak seasons.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your package in real time. If you have not received tracking information, please contact us at info@joywingstudio.com.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment. If your tracking has not updated after several days, please contact us for assistance.
At this time, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates. Delivery is handled by third-party carriers.
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. If your country is not listed at checkout, delivery is not available for your region at this time.
Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy and a 30-day exchange policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Yes. We offer free returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. In these cases, we will provide a return shipping label.

Please do not send items back without prior approval.

All approved returns must be sent to our U.S. warehouse. The exact return address will be provided by our support team after your return request is approved.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within5–10 business daysto your original payment method.

Payments
Sales tax may apply depending on your shipping address and local regulations. Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout.
